From an early age, I have been exploring the world of health and wellness through sports, education and life experience. As a personal trainer and yoga instructor, I love working with people as an educator to help as they explore, learn and understand what the human body and mind is capable of doing. Personal training and yoga offer many essential benefits on their own – they are also a wonderful compliment to each other.
In addition to personal training and teaching yoga, I am also a Wellness Coach. As a Wellness Coach, I will be able to dive a little deeper emotionally with my clients to help them find their health and wellness vision. Together, we will find nudges or strategies along the journey that will help you not only achieve, but maintain your vision.
A friend gave me the idea to begin a blog because there is so much information that can be overwhelming and not sure what to trust. With that, I will put forth information I feel is important and relevant to health and wellness.
